Early-interest and privacy requests

To access, correct or delete an early-interest entry, withdraw your request or stop early-access updates, email us with the subject “Backstage early-interest request”. Contact us from the email address you submitted when possible so we can verify the request without asking for more information than necessary.

For a website problem, include the page, browser or device, what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

What this support covers
